Study on Technique of Fast Acquisition Pseudo Noise Code in GPS Receiver

  • In order to reduce the time of acquisition pseudo noise code in GPS receiver, the conventional acquisition method slide correlation in the time domain was analyzed. The searching range of pseudo noise code was narrowed utilizing to the information provided by epicheirema. The lost reacquisition time was shortened. The fast acquisition technique using FFT was analyzed. Simulation shows that the acquisition speed can be improved obviously.
